Welcome to LoveSender ("we", "our", or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the LoveSender mobile application. By using LoveSender, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use LoveSender:

• Account information: your name, username, and email address when you register
• Usage data: the feelings you send and receive, and your daily usage counts
• Device information: your device push token for sending notifications
• Purchase information: whether you have an active Pro or Lifetime subscription (processed securely by Google Play and RevenueCat)
• Preferences: your notification and privacy settings

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Send feelings between connected users
• Deliver push notifications when you receive a feeling
• Track your daily usage limits for free tier users
• Process and verify your subscription status
• Improve the app and fix issues

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), a cloud database service provided by Google LLC. Data is stored on Google's servers and is subject to Google's privacy practices.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only with:

• Google Firebase: for authentication and data storage
• RevenueCat: for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Expo (by Expo Technology Inc.): for push notification delivery

We do not share your data with advertisers or any other third parties.

5. Feelings You Send

When you send a feeling to a connected partner, that feeling (including the feeling type, emoji, and any personal message) is visible to the recipient. Your name is shown to your partner when they receive a feeling. Feelings are not visible to any other users.

6. Push Notifications

We use your device push token to send you notifications when you receive a feeling. You can disable notifications at any time in the app's Notification Settings or in your device's system settings.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account through the app (Privacy & Security → Delete Account), all your personal data, feelings history, and connections are permanently deleted from our database.

8. Children's Privacy

LoveSender is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a secured Firebase database with access rules that ensure users can only access their own data and data shared with their connected partners.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of push notifications at any time

To delete your account, go to Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete Account in the app.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
